Our jobs can be stressful at times. In fact, a recent survey revealed that 70-90% of Americans feel stress at work. Laughter has been proven to reduce stress and to keep us healthy. Come join the group in a few chuckles and feel your stress dissolve and your health improve!

Kathy Kinney has been the Director of the Career Center at Dixie State College for eight years. Prior to being hired at Dixie she worked at Career Services at the University of Utah. She taught high school English in Salt Lake City for 15 years and was adjunct faculty at both Salt Lake Community College and the University of Phoenix. In addition to running the Career Center at DSC, she teaches two sections of a Career Seminar class each semester.

She is currently serving on the board of the American Association of Employment in Education (AAEE) and on the board of the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS) and the Color Country Human Resource Association board (SHRM Chapter #0749.)
